When the material to be recycled is of an irregular shape or form such as:

Then a size reduction operation must take place in order to consistently feed
the dual-diameter screw.
Material is fed directly into a shredder either via a conveyor or by hand. The
‘shredded’ material is then blown into the Silo which acts as storage unit or
buffer.
The material is then consistently fed via an auger onto the dual-diameter screw
for 1st grade quality pellets.
